Stephanie
Herron- CMT, AMTA member
Stephanie is a certified massage therapist that graduated in
2000 from the Fuller School for massage therapy located in Virginia
Beach, VA. Before life as a massage therapist, Stephanie managed
an outdoor retail shop and taught sea kayaking lessons. She
finds the field of massage therapy rewarding and fascinating
and has been constantly working to increase her knowledge.
In her practice Stephanie provides a deeply relaxing massage
experience by employing such techniques as Swedish
Relaxation Massage, and Deep Tissue
Massage. To help her clients manage chronic pain she uses
trigger point work, myofascial release and some craniosacral
work. She will soon complete certification in Orthopedic massage
techniques.
Since becoming a mother in 2006, Stephanie has realized again what a precious thing massage is - how important it is to restore our overall sense of well being. She highly recommends receiving massages!!

Vera
Zarth - CMT, AMTA member
Vera Zarth is a Certified Massage Therapist with over 22 years
of experience. She graduated in 1985 from Phoebe Fields Heath
Studio located in Norfolk, VA. Vera cares for her clients and
knows that one technique does not work for everyone. This has
driven her to achieve a diverse knowledge of healing modalities.
Vera helps her clients manage pain and stress using Hot stone
massage, Trigger Point Therapy, Shiatsu, Cupping therapy, Swedish
Massage and Myofascial Release.
Vera believes in giving back to the community. Her activity
in professional organizations though the years has helped to
pave the way for massage therapists today. She served as the
first elected Tidewater president of what is now known as the
American Massage Therapy Association and now gives her time
to the AMTA as the
unit treasurer.
