Stephanie
Herron- CMT, AMTA member
Stephanie is a certified massage therapist that graduated in
2000 from the Fuller School for massage therapy located in Virginia
Beach, VA. Before life as a massage therapist, Stephanie managed
an outdoor retail shop and taught sea kayaking lessons. She
finds the field of massage therapy rewarding and fascinating
and has been constantly working to increase her knowledge.
In her practice Stephanie provides a deeply relaxing massage
experience by employing such techniques as Swedish
Relaxation Massage, and Deep Tissue
Massage. To help her clients manage chronic pain she uses
trigger point work, myofascial release and some craniosacral
work. She will soon complete certification in Orthopedic massage
techniques.
Since becoming a mother in 2006, Stephanie has realized again what a precious thing massage is - how important it is to restore our overall sense of well being. She highly recommends receiving massages!!

Lisa has been a licensed massage therapist since 1995, having graduated and taught at the Desert Institute of the Healing Arts in Tucson, Arizona. She is currently a Certified Massage Therapist in the Commonwealth of Virginia, as well as nationally certified. Her background is in conventional medicine with a degree in Medical Technology. To continue helping people heal naturally, Lisa is and always will be a student of alternative health.
An Advanced CranioSacral practioner, Lisa bases her session with CST. She also specializes in several different massage therapy techniques, essential oil applications, and Reiki to give the client a customized session. She is experienced with Pediatrics, multi-hand CST treatments, interspecies work (specifically dolphin and equine assisted CST therapy) and multi-cultural clients.
