Payment

Full payment is required at the time of treatment and can be made with cash, check, Visa or MasterCard. 

Cancellation Policy

Should you need to reschedule your appointment please be kind enough to give us 12 hrs notice. This will allow us to fill that time serving someone else in need. Otherwise we will need to charge for the full appointment time.

Late policy

Should you be running behind schedule we will gladly work with you for the remainder of your appointment time.
